Emily Clark founded FORM Advisory to bring the perspective, judgment, and practical experience of an executive leader directly to professionals and organizations navigating growth, change, and opportunity.
With more than two decades of experience across real estate, residential development, business operations, and organizational leadership, Emily has built her career connecting strategic vision with measurable business performance.
Her leadership experience includes serving as President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Robert Paul Properties, a leading real estate brokerage serving Cape Cod and Greater Boston, and holding executive leadership roles with Bourn Companies and Pepper Viner Homes in Tucson, Arizona.
At Bourn Companies, Emily served as Development Principal, while also serving as CEO of Pepper Viner Homes. Her work encompassed residential development strategy, market positioning, sales and marketing, organizational leadership, technology initiatives, and strategic planning across multiple business lines.
Previously, as President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Robert Paul Properties, Emily led brokerage operations, business strategy, organizational development, agent performance, and initiatives designed to strengthen the company’s market position and long-term growth.
Her experience spans the full spectrum of the real estate business—from individual agent and team performance to brokerage leadership, homebuilding, large-scale development strategy, and enterprise operations.
Beyond her corporate leadership, Emily has served in prominent industry governance roles, including President of the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS® and President of Cape Cod & Islands MLS. Her contributions have been recognized through multiple industry honors, including the 2024 REALTOR® of the Year award.
Throughout her career, Emily has navigated complex decisions, led organizations through change, aligned competing priorities, and translated ambitious objectives into practical action.
